The boards themselves were ok, however one of them was torn and we were expecting them to be 2 sided like all the other boards we use and they are not. You can only use one side of the board, which created a problem for us at our conference, because we normally set up both sides of the boards and then turn them around when we have a new speaker  This merchant is known for sending short orders.,

If you read previous feedback for this merchant, you’ll see that they often sell orders that are far short of the quantities indicated in their product listings. I ordered a package of 10 sheets of foam board. I saw that this merchant has several complaints for shipping less than the listed quantity, so I reviewed the listing very carefully to be positive about what was listed. There was no confusion that the listing indicated 10 sheets. I received the shipment today, and there was ONE sheet. I plan to file a charge back against this merchant if a full refund isn’t provided rapidly. Art Affinity, you may not know it, but by doing business with me here in California, San Diego County became a proper jurisdiction for legal proceedings. I know the sale wasn’t for a lot of money, but I would love to sue you in small claims court. To paraphrase Dirty Harry: I know what you’re thinking. “Did we ship 10 sheets or only one?” Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this an angry customer, the most angry customer in the world, and would sue your head clean off, you’ve got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk? |
